Make it useful first.
Novel is nice. Solving the actual problem is better.

The short version
I’ve spent my career turning complicated systems into useful, understandable experiences for real people.
I started in digital marketing in 1995, long before “digital” needed its own department. Since then, I’ve built campaigns, integrations, sales systems and teams around one principle: complexity belongs behind the curtain.
Today, I lead Action2Call and JGRobo Marketing while serving as Solutions Director at Retell AI. The work has changed. The instinct has not: listen closely, solve the right problem and leave the system better than I found it.
Started building and marketing on the early web.
Went deep on Infusionsoft, later Keap, and CRM automation.
Served as a Keap Certified Partner while scaling JGRobo’s work.
Building practical systems around GHL, automation and conversational AI.
How I operate
Novel is nice. Solving the actual problem is better.
The best automation creates more room for judgment, empathy and imagination.
Side projects are where surprising connections and better questions tend to live.
